“everything is well-organized
Pros
What I like is that a general contractor can send me an invitation email directly through this platform and everything feels well-organized.
Cons
The interface doesn't feel vibrant enough for my taste. When I'm staring at a computer all day the muted background and washed-out colors don't do anything to brighten my mood and yes, I realize that's a bit quirky.

“Easy to draft a contract
Pros
I'm really impressed by how simple it is to draft a contract and then have it carried out using the software. It consistently makes editing and finalizing contracts simple and quick to complete.
Cons
When I use the mobile app, I wish it behaved more like the desktop site because some features feel inconsistent between the two.

“awesome billing module
Pros
We find the billing module fantastic. It trims down our monthly workload dramatically, saving us a ton of time every billing cycle. The contracting feature is outstanding and has made that whole workflow far easier to manage.
Cons
I'm aware the scheduling module is still under refinement and getting better. Once it's fully ready, I expect the integration to work flawlessly.

“Great value for money
Pros
I've found the pricing plan offers the strongest value out there. The team is really approachable and easy to work with, whether I'm dealing with tech support or collaborating with developers on custom needs.
Cons
From my experience like most software it has its limitations. You really have to stay inside the provided boundaries and fully switch away from your existing system to get the most benefit from it. Because my company focuses on development and construction, the platform is heavily construction-oriented which sometimes creates particular challenges for our workflows.

“Keeps documentation safe
Pros
Its an excellent hub for keeping all the CM documentation we need from bidding through closeout in one convenient place. One of the standout benefits is how it helps us bring consistency to our project management processes across items like subcontracts, billing and invoicing, submittals, progress meetings and more.
Cons
A problem I've run into is getting old-school subcontractors or owner reps to come on board. Persuading them to use the software can feel like pulling teeth. That said once they grasp the basics of how it works, they generally recognize its advantages pretty quickly.

“Manages administrative tasks for us
Pros
I've been amazed by how much structure and system PASKR has introduced to what used to be a kind of 'brute force' method of managing construction, now we're able to concentrate on production because the administrative tasks essentially manage themselves.
Cons
As with any new idea we ran into a learning curve at first. However if our team is fully behind the integration, the long-term advantages are going to be enormous.

“helps with bidding process
Pros
It really helps our project managers with the bidding process, takes care of subcontracts and change orders and acts as my one-stop shop for project management.
Cons
We're still having poor luck with our bridge setup. Several features remain broken and aren't functioning the way we need them to.

“can access it anywhere
Pros
As a project manager I can oversee projects from bidding through closeout using PASKR. Because it is cloud-based, I can access it anywhere, on the job site or back at the office. It integrates with several other systems to cut down on duplicate data entry. My subcontractors also upload all construction documents, including invoices, through it.
Cons
I'd really like to see a built-in report writer feature. Although it's reports work well for project managers, I find they fall short for accountants and could be more accounting-friendly.

“Provides clear guidance
Pros
I appreciate the strong organization, consistently tidy bookkeeping, the inclusion of subcontracts on every job and the clear guidance it provides to both employees and subcontractors.
Cons
Our company relies on Sage 300 and unfortunately it refuses to allow integration with PASKR. While that's not something PASKR is responsible for, it remains the largest obstacle we need to work around. Because we've depended on this software for more than twelve years, we've developed a number of practical workarounds that let us keep using both systems together despite the lack of direct integration.

“Simple to create contracts
Pros
Several things come to mind when I think about what I like in this software. For one, the integration between estimating and operations has removed a lot of wasted time for our team. Creating contracts, exhibits and other documents is very simple. The check-and-balance process can feel a bit complex at first but it has actually prevented us from making costly contractual mistakes. Approving subcontractor invoices is simple and gives me confidence that all the necessary paperwork is in place. Also the technical support has been outstanding, really responsive and helpful.
Cons
We use the timesheet module regularly and while it functions, I feel it could be improved further to better suit our needs and provide a smoother experience.

“QuickBooks integration is not smooth
Pros
I use it as a single hub for all our projects, documents, timesheets and similar records. The estimating tools make it simple to send out bid invites. Their support team replies quickly whenever I need help. Collecting and organizing lien waivers has also become much easier for me.
Cons
While I appreciate many parts of the system the QuickBooks connection isn't very smooth and I find the platform less configurable than we had hoped. Every contact tied to a customer or a subcontractor is required to create an account just to sign subcontracts or submit invoices which feels complex. I also run into a problem where subcontractor invoices that arrive by email or postal mail can't be uploaded to PASKR by the GC the way a subcontractor bid can be uploaded. Instead, the subcontractor has to log in and enter their dollar amount themselves yet they're not able to attach the actual invoice. The dashboard doesn't flag new documents or messages that I might need to see, everything gets pushed to personal email instead and the per-user permission options are not as flexible as we were initially told.

“Packed with features
Pros
I've found this to be a very full-featured app with both mobile and desktop (web browser) versions. Because it's cloud-based, everyone can stay current and share project details. Support and training are mostly excellent.
Cons
The user interfaces aren't consistent between the desktop (web browser) and mobile versions. A few modules feel clunky to work with and I can't add contacts or cost codes on the fly.

“Wide range of project management features
Pros
We get a full set of project management features that let us track project purchasing, handle subcontractor coordination, manage billing and oversee employee time tracking. Our experience with their customer support has been outstanding. The support agents are available whenever we need them and respond quickly on the chat with practical and informed answers when issues arise. Both the Customer Service and the Programming teams at PASKR have consistently been responsive and willing to make adjustments that improve the platform for our workflows.
Cons
I don't have any major complaints at the moment. their team has been very flexible and accommodating whenever we've needed changes or assistance.

“Ideal for smaller contractors
Pros
It can organize and assist with construction tasks. Its purpose is to eliminate time spent gathering data and setting deadlines in other software, etc.
Cons
Some subcontractors have told me that plans sometimes won't load or that the system fails to upload quotes, etc. From my perspective, it seems ideally suited for a smaller contractor.

“Easy to view invoices
Pros
I love how simple it is to view my invoices and charge the client. Being a subcontractor, I find it convenient to sign all the contracts and change orders and to send bills to the client.
Cons
When the system won't link the companies together, using it becomes really frustrating. I always end up having to open the company's email to access my account because it won't log me in if I try just launching Paskr directly from there.

“Good experience of 3 years
Pros
I've been using this for nearly three years now and it's part of our daily routine. Our site supers rely on it just as much as the project managers and accounting team do. It's pretty simple to pick up and when problems crop up their IT team jumps on them immediately. My main use is for time cards, estimating and contracts though it offers a ton of other functionality.
Cons
We've noticed the mobile experience isn't as smooth on iPhones compared with Android devices. Our supers running iPhones sometimes run into trouble submitting time cards and daily reports which causes headaches in the field. The company seems to be rolling out frequent updates so I'm optimistic they'll address these glitches soon but it's still a current pain point for us.

“Buggy and complicated
Pros
My accounting team really likes the software. From my experience the billing workflow is simple overall. Also customer support is always ready to answer my questions. They're consistently available to chat and help work through the problems that always pop up.
Cons
Where do I even begin? I've found it practically unusable for Submittals, RFIs, Daily Reports, Meeting Minutes and PCO Tracking, tasks that should be simple end up requiring double, triple and sometimes quadruple the effort. The UI is unattractive and the controls are ridiculously finicky, as if you need the precision of a surgeon to press a button correctly. There's no ability to sort items, menus aren't user-friendly and related reports are scattered in different places which makes it a headache. Almost every week (or so it feels) a new bug appears or a poorly thought-out update lands and I end up spending an entire day in chat trying to get it fixed. This is the fourth project management tool I've used and I honestly try to avoid it as much as possible in my PM duties. Unfortunately, we're forced to use it for billings and front-end budgets. Maybe if your firm only does small tenant fit-outs it could work but anything larger quickly exposes a host of glaring flaws.

“Friendly interface
Pros
I'm not super tech savvy so I find the interface really easy to use. Their team responds quickly and was extremely helpful during our set up. Having default items for bid assembly cuts down an unbelievable amount of time and the bid notes are invaluable. Seriously, those bid notes are essential. I insist subs always know exactly what to do. We can even turn these into work orders for internal jobs. Overall this system is fantastic!
Cons
Setup requires a significant time investment. I had to painstakingly create templates and configure cost code assembly defaults which was time consuming at first but it definitely saves a huge amount of effort later on.

“helps me save money
Pros
I no longer need someone to juggle all the paperwork and to handle communication with every party involved in a construction project. It has also let me move completely paperless so I don't have to print or keep stacks of paper files for every job. The money I save on printers, paper and ink covers the Paskr subscription and when you factor in not hiring another staff member, I'm saving a significant amount of money.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues.
