Pros
The platform's custom form fields are versatile and the support has been top-notch whenever I've needed it. The connection from ResponseVault into our data warehouse works without a hitch and it just flows easily.
Cons
The UI handles almost everything (99% of use cases) but there are a few situations that might need some support.
