“Increased my efficiency

Pros

I can efficiently manage specifications with this tool, making sure all the relevant specs make it into my projects. The consistent formatting helps keep everything organized. Having access to manufacturer specifications is useful, and I like the flexibility of choosing between cloud or network installation options.

Cons

The formatting gets weird sometimes, especially when something out of the ordinary is needed. It's also tough to get people who are used to other spec software to adapt to this one. You'll probably need a consultant to help with the SQL setup during installation.

The features are good, and I haven't found such useful tools in other platforms.

I don't have any issues, everything works fine.

Pros

This tool gives me clean specifications while letting me learn and customize them too. I can link ASTM standard numbers directly to their website to understand what each one means. It keeps me updated.

Cons

The new approach where you build specs piece by piece from scratch takes some getting used to. I preferred the old method where I could start with a detailed spec set and remove what wasn't needed for my project.
