“Good support and usability”
Pros
The best part has been the support whenever I need help, along with how simple their CRM platform is to navigate as a new user.
Cons
Up to this point, I really haven't run into anything I dislike. Anytime an issue has come up, I've contacted their support team and it has been extremely professional and able to resolve whatever I needed help with.

“Easy navigation”
Pros
One feature that worked really well was the map. It let us look back and see all the work we've done over time which was really useful.
Cons
The downside is that the system felt awkward and wasn't especially user-friendly.

“Needs some effort to work properly”
Pros
The drawing feature is amazing. I can map out entire roofs with all the accessories and details, and it automatically generates a complete material list for me. I can also upload videos and photos that get sent directly to customers via email or text to keep them updated throughout the project.
Cons
The widgets are a bit complex. According to our accounting team, connecting to QuickBooks caused issues with previous years' reports and messed things up.

“All in one CRM”
Pros
Running a roofing business feels much more organized with this all-in-one CRM. It helps with everything from finding and managing leads to spotting roofing opportunities through weather alerts and automatic area identification. On top of that, it handles customer quote and estimate requests well and supports the entire service process from beginning to end, including materials, staff, jobs and invoicing. The integrations with other tools, like QuickBooks for accounting, also make it even more useful.
Cons
Customer support could be improved but overall it's still an excellent product and service.

“customizable system”
Pros
Rather than being just another out-of-the-box system, this one is fully customizable. It lets us build workflows around how we actually work instead of forcing us into a setup designed by someone who's never done our job. The support team has also been fantastic and moving over from Acculynx has ended up saving us a significant amount of money.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about but if I had to point out one small thing, I'd say the search feature could be a bit more powerful.

“Flexible forms”
Pros
Customizability has been the biggest win for our team. We were able to bring in our contracts, service requests, material order forms and all of our company forms without any trouble, then tag the information so it lands exactly where it needs to go.
Cons
One thing we'd still love to have is the ability to change templates on the fly. We haven't come across any CRM that really offers this yet.

“easy setup”
Pros
Right away, the user-friendly setup made it simple to work with and the ability to create custom widgets that match our company's needs has been a big plus.
Cons
Honestly, I'm happy with everything it offers. It's very simple to use and has worked really well for us.

“Built for contractors”
Pros
It's clear this software was designed from a contractor's point of view and they genuinely seem to take feedback from other contractors seriously.
Cons
They're still a newer company so like us, there are occasional bugs that need to be worked out. Even so, the speed and urgency they show in fixing things makes it feel like a non-issue. If anything, that responsiveness turns it into a positive overall.

“Incredible automation features”
Pros
The automation features are incredible and it's a big plus that everything is already included right from the start.
Cons
They could use a few more customer support staff to keep up with service needs.

“Fast performance”
Pros
It gets more done and does it faster than any other option I've used before.
Cons
I'm not really a fan of the QuickBooks integration. I also wish I could view the job size and material details for work that hasn't been completed yet.
