RoofLink is a CRM and project management platform for roofing contractors and exterior construction teams. Sales teams and estimators use it to manage leads and job information. It is known for tracking ongoing work across sites. Some users, however, report that customer service can be slow at times. A recent SRS Distribution integration of the platform adds branch pricing and lets estimates update with material costs.

Our Verdict

The software is a solid option for established roofing contractors and mid-sized teams handling steady project demand. It suits organizations that need clearer coordination between field operations and office planning without unnecessary complexity. Pricing tends to feel suitable due to its flat-rate structure. What Is RoofLink Software?

RoofLink is an all-in-one Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform built for roofing companies and contractors, managing lead capture, sales, project oversight, and financial tracking. By centralizing data, communication, and operations, it streamlines workflows, reduces administrative burden, and enhances productivity. With its integrated tools for measuring, canvassing, weather tracking, automatic estimates, material orders, and numerous integrations, RoofLinK enables roofing teams to work efficiently, stay organized, and focus on growth.

What Is RoofLink Best For?

The platform is best known for helping roofing contractors turn estimates into signed jobs during the first visit. Speed matters in roofing sales, and long delays between an inspection and a proposal can cost opportunities. The platform allows reps to create accurate estimates on-site using integrated aerial measurements. Customers can review the proposal immediately, which keeps the conversation moving. Digital signatures can also be collected during the appointment, so there is no need to return later to complete paperwork. This helps sales teams close deals while interest is still high.

How Much Does RoofLink Cost?

RoofLink’s pricing starts at $120/user/month (flat rate). Discounts are available for larger companies. There is a one-time $1,500 setup fee as well. Additionally, there are no hidden add-ons costs.

Users generally view RoofLink’s pricing as predictable and easy to budget for. With a flat-rate model, there are no per-measurement fees or unexpected add-ons, allowing roofing companies to scale operations smoothly.

RoofLink Use Cases

Based on user feedback and RoofLink’s current capabilities, there are several scenarios where this software tends to fit well for roofing contractors:

Roofing Companies Scaling From Small Teams To Structured Sales Operations

Roofing businesses often reach a point where informal tracking stops working. Leads start coming from different channels, and follow-ups can slip through the cracks. RoofLink fits this stage because it brings sales activity into a single system that teams can actually follow day to day. It works well for companies moving from word-of-mouth jobs into more consistent lead generation.

Contractors Managing Ongoing Jobs Across Multiple Sites

Some roofing companies handle several active projects at the same time, often across different neighborhoods or cities. In these situations, it becomes difficult to keep job details aligned between office staff and field crews. RoofLink is commonly used in this kind of setup because it keeps customer records and job progress tied together in one place. That reduces back-and-forth when updates are needed during active work.

Businesses Preparing Frequent Estimates With Changing Material Prices

Roofing estimates are often sensitive to material pricing, which can change without much warning. Contractors who prepare bids regularly tend to need a clearer view of current supplier rates. RoofLink fits here because it connects estimating work with live pricing access through its supplier integration. This is especially useful when teams are handling a high number of bids in a short period.

Roofing Firms Moving Away From General CRM Tools

Some companies start with generic CRM systems but eventually find they do not match roofing workflows well. RoofLink is often chosen when teams want something that reflects how roofing projects actually move from lead to completion. It suits businesses that prefer having sales and job tracking in one place rather than switching between separate tools. Over time, this reduces confusion around where project information is stored.

Is RoofLink Right For You?

Roofing companies often struggle with disconnected workflows, manual data entry, and delays between estimating, ordering, and project execution.

RoofLink addresses these issues by bringing key processes into a single platform, allowing teams to handle measurements, estimates, approvals, material ordering, and payments from one system. It is particularly well suited for roofing contractors that want to reduce administrative overhead while keeping field and office teams aligned. RoofLink also follows applicable laws and regulations for data collection and protection, including The Campaign Registry's 10DLC compliance requirements.
