“First class service!

Pros

First and foremost I appreciate their customer service. The price is excellent and the platform for keeping track of jobs is really nice. I'm looking forward to learning how to do their DIY measurements.

Cons

I've found that the percentage of available roofs is quite low, about 50% based on my experience so far.

“Unbeatable measurement tool!

Pros

There are many aspects I love about Roofr compared to other similar products. I love their webpage and interface. The product is the simplest to use of all the tools. Their ordering and storage systems are very straightforward. The reports are the easiest to read of all the reports. Lastly their price point is unbeatable. I don't understand how other companies still use other products that are often double triple or quadruple the price. Roofr is by far the superior product.

Cons

It seems that roughly once a month, they're unable to measure the pitch of a roof. While this can be inconvenient, their benefits definitely outweigh this problem.

I dislike this software because roofers who use these apps gave me the wrong measurement and price.

I don't like this software because the roofers using this app gave me incorrect measurements and prices. This makes me distrust even honest roofers who use your application.

“Be careful before buying

Pros

The price, turnaround time and convenience are great. If you want affordable, approximate roof measurements, it's a decent option. But I always double-check the measurements before bidding because, like I've experienced, it can sometimes lead to issues. Just a heads up— their 'proprietary' measurement system relies on Google Street View, so if that's not available, you get a pretty useless 2D image from Google Earth.

I've found it's not great for mobile use. Also, the price went up by 50% the more I used it. Customer service feels like they just use a one-size-fits-all approach to issues (they gave me 3 free credits). I've had problems with measurements being wrong and the roof pitches are often off— a huge deal when the difference between a 7/12 and 9/12 pitch is $25 per square. The site is awkward to use and honestly it doesn't work well for most contractors.

Pros

I really appreciate the ease of use, the timely reports and the exceptional customer service from the Roofr team. The support team went above and beyond, being transparent and accommodating throughout the process.

Cons

Compared to other services, there aren't many things I didn't like.

Pros

It's incredibly quick and easy to use especially when they can obtain a digital image. This greatly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of the process, making it smooth and highly effective for getting the job done right.

My last three requests have come back with unclear imagery!!! Google Earth and EagleView both provide very clear pictures, so why can't you?

“Completely satisfied

Pros

Just a few clicks and I have the measurements I need in an hour or so in most cases. Other companies can take days!! And it is a lot cheaper than any other company!! The accuracy is the best from what I have found.

Cons

Sometimes the property images are not high-definition, but the guy from support team is handling my account and is fantastic to work with. So... CONS? I don't see any!

I've found that operator error is pretty common when logging into the homeowner section of Roofr instead of the contractor section. It can be confusing sometimes.

This software saves so much time. I arrive prepared at my client's house with my estimate in hand. Makes it easier to order materials for the roof as well with exactly the right amount of materials for the job.

There's no app available, only web-based access.

“I love it

Pros

We have relied heavily upon software we've used for years and until switching to Roofr never had the need to look elsewhere. A friend of mine whose company also switched to Roofr recommended it to us and I should be paying him for his recommendation. Not only is Roofr incredibly intuitive technology but it is also patterned in the same fashion as other much more highly priced technologies which pale in comparison to what Roofr provides.

I initially drew the roofs myself, but it was time-consuming, so now I have it done for me, problem solved.

“Easy to learn for novice users

Pros

It's a simple program to use literally takes me less than 30 minutes to become familiar with and be able to at least do basic roofs.

Cons

If there are multiple buildings on the report, I'd appreciate having the measurements separated by building.

The measurement turnaround is impressively fast, and the reports are quite detailed and informative.

From everything I've seen so far, I genuinely can't recall any drawbacks.

I love the roof reports for just $10 and the turnaround time is just as fast as the more expensive ones.

The absence of a mobile app was a drawback. I couldn't download an app on either Apple or Android devices. The software must be accessed through a browser.

I'd like an app, text-to-order, or another simpler way to place orders on the go.

Honestly, I wasn't a fan of the cover page. It felt too simple and didn't make a strong impression. I expected something a bit more polished.

The coverage in Arkansas is pretty poor and the satellite imagery is low quality in some areas.
