“Great for manpower tracking
Pros
It's incredibly useful to see exactly who is on any of our job sites at any moment both for a single site or across all of them. We can track manpower daily, weekly or even review past data which helps us create emergency rosters. The integration with Procore is a huge plus as it automatically updates our daily logs with the manpower count.
Cons
Don't have any real complaints, it does exactly what I need it to.

Pros
The system provides a really efficient way to log personnel keeping all the important information in one spot. The login process is also super quick and user-friendly.
Cons
The search function for tracking a subcontractor's crew across a project could be a bit smoother.

Pros
A major advantage is that people can use it directly from their phone's browser without needing to download a dedicated app.
Cons
It's often slow and crashes frequently. Also the buttons on the kiosk are placed too close together.

“game-changer for safety and paperwork
Pros
What I like most is its simplicity. You can check workers and visitors in with just a phone, completely eliminating paperwork. The digital forms save a ton of time and having real-time visibility of who is on-site is a game-changer for safety and keeping projects on track.
Cons
Only drawback is that it really needs a strong internet connection to work well so remote sites with poor service can be challenging.

The product itself is very simple the setup was simple, and we received great customer service.
Cons
It still relied on people to input data correctly. We often had inaccurate records because crews on "open" sites wouldn't check in properly.

“huge win with no app needed, lifesaving alerts, no complaints
Pros
Not requiring an app installation was a huge win for us. It led to much higher adoption among staff and contractors especially since the system remembers their details after the first use. The broadcast feature is critical for us, for instance, we can instantly alert everyone on-site to evacuate in our bushfire-prone area. The setup and administration couldn't be simpler.
Cons
Haven't run into any problems or found areas that need improvement.

“simple to track who's on the job, some features feel dated
Pros
It's simple to create and modify the check-in questions. The system reliably tracked who was on the job and everyone quickly got used to scanning the QR code we posted.
Cons
Some features feel a bit outdated and we have to ask support to make changes we should be able to handle ourselves. For example if you remove an employee, they'll take them off the site if you ask but you can't reassign a past employee's phone number to a new hire as the system blocks it.

“easy rollout without training
Pros
The setup was easy for both our office and field staff. In our line of work, time is money so rolling out a new tool without extensive training was a massive benefit.
Cons
I can't think of anything. Whenever we've had problems, they've worked quickly to fix them.
