“Easy reports, flexible forms, great mobile tracking

Pros

It's easy to use and I can quickly produce reports and dashboards. The system lets me attach supporting information and I can add or change inspection forms which gives a lot of flexibility. The app works great on my phone too. Both the app and the online system let me raise actions and track them to closure. Dashboards are easy to set up and I can export information in PDF or PowerPoint format or drop it straight into an Excel spreadsheet.

Cons

My only real complaints are that attaching photos can be a bit of a drag and it would be way easier with a drag-and-drop function. Also, the standard reports when downloaded as PDFs could sometimes be better formatted especially when graphs end up spreading across two pages.
