“Simple solution so far”
Pros
This tool is so simple yet effective for keeping all the important information up-to-date and available in the office. It's completely paperless which is awesome. What I really love is how user-friendly it is. Even if you don't have much technical experience, you can easily and quickly import all the data into the report.
Cons
We don't have a Like button or Seen function which can be a problem especially for overseas projects where this is often our main way of communicating. It would be great if the author could make sure their messages don't just go unnoticed.

“Helpful app for civil site work”
Pros
I can easily keep track of my individual workdays, including the hours worked. I can also view daily construction reports for all project participants. The tool helps me input data, copy functions, upload images, make markups in plans and even record weather data.
Cons
Entering daily construction reports has become more of an effort especially for large projects with lots of subcontractors. Collecting and entering all the data takes up a lot of time. It's also more complicated compared to the traditional paper-based reports. Because of the complexity, the construction manager or technician usually handles the data entry.

Pros
It's easy to use, even for the operational side of things. The best part is that the time I spend on documentation is really minimized which helps a lot.
Cons

“Managing sites is easier with Sitelife”
Pros
To stay on top of the whole construction process, detailed and well-structured planning is key and that's exactly what Sitelife gives me. The digital site planning and documentation help optimize construction processes. I can record and manage all project information digitally using BIM. I also find it helpful for creating and updating schedules to keep track of deadlines and set milestones. It really helps me monitor progress throughout the project.
Cons
I've noticed that using digital tools and software requires a training. Employees need some time to get used to the new technology and may need training which can cause some initial delays.

The team at Sitelife is amazing! I really appreciate how dedicated they are. They took the time to explore the marine use case and damage assessment on ship renovation projects which really helped us out.
Cons
The mobile version would've been really helpful for my use case but I found the PC version to be more sophisticated.
