“Payrolls made convenient

Pros

I love how many bulk actions I can perform. With 362 people on payroll, being able to approve time in just 10 minutes the next morning is a huge time saver. My onboarding specialist and my account rep have been amazing, always there to help me with any setup issues or concerns I've had.

Cons

We had some trouble getting the web app to work in kiosk mode inside the building but the Smart Barrel Kiosks have been working perfectly since day one with no issues.

“Customer Service That Listens and Actively Improves

Pros

Customer service is amazing. They actually take suggestions seriously and take action based on them. I can use it on both desktop and iPad and features like facial recognition, time stamps, geofencing and custom rules are really useful. They're also making continuous improvements.

Cons

Some features weren't available at first but the team really put in the effort to add them. They're constantly adding new features and improving the system.

“Crucial for internal communication

Pros

It facilitates the communication between our on site team and the accounting department in the office which handles weekly payroll.

Cons

We dont have anything negative to say. It connects our job site with the office payroll team really well. We are pleased with the performance.

Pros

Appreciate how easy it's made things for our payroll team and supervisors. It has helped us organise multiple roles and processes.

Cons

My least favorite thing is how new it is but there are upsides to that too. I just feel like some basic interface features are missing. The initial dashboard seems a little messy.
