The project management tools can be customized to fit our needs perfectly and the interface is clean and simple. Their support team goes above and beyond. They're quick to respond and genuinely want to help solve any issues. We rely on this software every day for tracking time, managing HR tasks and handling multiple project elements.

Cons

The reporting options are pretty limited though support is really helpful when you need to build something custom so it ends up working out fine anyway.
