Cons

There's a need for designated space to store archived projects. Having a dedicated area for these past projects would help in organizing and accessing them more efficiently. It would also ensure that current projects remain uncluttered while still allowing for easy retrieval of historical data when needed.

SmartPM for portfolio management

Pros

The comprehensive dashboard lets me track the portfolio at a high level and drill down into scenarios to create custom 'critical' paths for focusing on important milestones.

Cons

Building scenario rules can take some practice, but it's worth learning to create detailed scenarios beyond just tracking milestones.

SmartPM provides additional insight in to what is causing delays on a project

Pros

The web-based, interactive graphics are powerful and make it easy to pinpoint when and where problems arise, offering detailed information for deeper analysis. The company dashboards and project summary pages are very well done. I'm very impressed with how easy it is to run a schedule quality check and upload project updates. The implementation and training support have been excellent, greatly speeding up our adoption and use of the product.

Cons

The customization features for the Gantt chart are somewhat limited, so we're looking forward to improvements in this area.
