How Does SmartPM Work?

• Log in using your SmartPM credentials
• Locate the official and final schedule updates for the project you would like to import into the SmartPM software
• Import the schedules into SmartPM from the earliest data date to the latest one
• Select 'Add New Project' from your dashboard and select the type of schedule file you will be importing
• Import the baseline schedule for the project
• If you have schedule updates, add them to the project by clicking the 'Add Schedule Update' link
• Upload all the updates
• Once all your schedules are imported, run a delay analysis
• The delay analysis feature creates a schedule-by-schedule windows analysis based on the data from the imported project schedule updates
• Review schedule quality index for all schedules
