I didn't like that when I wanted to export an individual document from Smartuse on the PC version, I had to go through a whole link process via my email. It would be much more efficient if I could download the file straight from Smartuse to my desktop. Often, I never received the download link in my email and had to contact customer service.

This limitation is quite frustrating, especially when I need to access and review important plans on the go. The inability to download these documents means I have to rely on other devices, which is not always convenient. It would significantly improve my workflow and efficiency if I could easily download and access the drawings directly from my mobile device.

The program is extremely heavy and slow if you have many projects. More colors should be added to the palette so we don't have to reuse the same ones. If you want to remodel a shape that is on top of another one, you have to click each time to select the correct shape, which is time-consuming and annoying. You removed the groups (layers) on the mobile version. Sometimes, the "session is expired," and you have to click "ok" multiple times to log in again for no apparent reason.
