Excellent Tool for Managing orders from builders

Pros

Its easy to move around and find what I need. Love that there are several different ways to search for homesites. Makes finding specific properties much faster. The reporting features give me all the data I need and the ACD payment processing works smoothly.

Cons

Can only see projects 6 months ahead which feels pretty restrictive

Pros

I really appreciate being able to handle scheduling and stay in touch with builders through real time notes. It keeps everyone on the same page.

Cons

Cant go back and check work orders once theyve been accepted. Frustrating when you need to review completed tasks.

Useful tool with occasional issues

Pros

The way everything is organized really impressed me, plus they spent quality time walking me through exactly how to use the platform for my specific business needs.

Cons

Sometimes the data transfer between builders doesn't work right, and when things get stuck between BuildPro and SupplyPro, it's really tough to figure out where the problem is.
