“Still in the trail phase
Pros
I love the initial features of the program. The staff has been wonderful so far. Support has been better than average. We'll update the review once we've been using this platform in the field for 2-3 months.
Cons
There's a slight discrepancy between sales (what you receive) and implementation (what it does). This is understandable and hasn't changed my decision to keep using TG.

“Customer team is amazing and always very helpful
Pros
The ease of dispatch and scheduling and the improvements made in customer loading when looking them up.
Cons
Techs complain that it takes too long to upload photos in the field. Also, we can't search by keywords like blower motor to find all customers who had blower motors installed.

“Not well rounded
Pros
Being able to run the business from anywhere is fantastic. Scheduling, dispatching, calendar, texting jobs to techs, and notifying customers of our arrival. It works really great on the front end and for the techs in the field.
Cons
TG doesn't integrate with desktop as promised! It was such a nightmare we had to switch to QBO. TG lacks true progress billing for contractors. It also can't categorize a customer deposit properly without a lot of manual work on the QBO side or a workaround. Reporting to match QBO is terrible. I haven't found a single report in TG that matches any financial report in QBO. It needs much more development on the backend. Customer service is very slow to respond, and when they do, their answers are unhelpful, leaving you understanding the software better than they do.

“Exceptional Field Management Software
Pros
The software is exceptional and was always our first choice when we narrowed it down to the top three we liked. Our representative from ThermoGrid is one of the best I've come across at understanding our company's needs and how it would work using their system. We're excited to partner with them and ThermoGrid as I believe they will help us streamline our future expansion plans. I can't say enough about them and the ThermoGrid team. They have all provided exceptional service and onboarding.
Cons
I haven't found anything we dislike yet.

“TG Review
Pros
The scheduling and tracking capabilities of the software are impressive, allowing for efficient management of tasks and timelines. Also, the system excels in generating gross margin reports, providing detailed insights into financial performance and profitability.
Cons
Complexity. Technicians struggle to use it on mobile devices.

“Take your company to the next level w/Thermogrid
Pros
Customers and calls cannot be deleted, but it's easy to use and find the needed information.
Cons
The system calendar always reverts to the current day. You can't set the month as your default. Also, during a live call or job, you can't return to the main customer information page without using the clients tab.

“Loving it so far
Pros
I'm new to ThermoGrid and still in the training phase. Whenever I have a question, the team is quick to respond and jump on a call to help me with my doubts. The team has been especially helpful with the implementation process. They have been very helpful too. I love the features so far. Even though I haven't started using all the features, I love that almost everything I need for my business is available and will help my work become much more efficient.
Cons
Nothing so far, except maybe the learning curve is a bit steep due to the many features. But that's a good problem, meaning I can move all my business needs to Thermogrid. Finally, one platform for everything instead of multiple different softwares.

“Review
Pros
Dispatching calendar, job history, and email invoices quickly. The team was very helpful in explaining the new workflow management for each user and how we can start customizing our roles within the company.
Cons
The syncing with QB online is quite bad. I'm not sure if it's QB or Thermogrid, but our apostrophes don't transfer correctly, and QB creates numbers behind every customer, making every customer a parent with their address as a sub-customer. It seems like too much of the same data and doesn't sync cleanly. Also, I don't like that a company name shows "No Client" because there is no first or last name in the account lines. It then syncs to QB without including the Company Name, which seems weird.

“Thermogrid Review
Pros
Payment integration allows the client, the tech, and the admin to complete payment transactions from the invoice. The development team is open to suggestions on improving the system.
Cons
Job documents aren't integrated for electronic signatures and don't auto-save, so info can be easily lost if not saved properly before changing screens. We now have to use a secondary app for safety documents and inspections so they can be signed by technicians for accountability and to meet SECOR standards. Clients can only pay using VISA or Mastercard through the payment link. TG only tracks GPS for clock-in and out; we would like to track "downtime" between calls for technician accountability. Calling the support line used to automatically connect me with a support tech, now I have to submit a ticket and wait to hear back.

“Needs improvement
Pros
The product is really simple to learn to use.
Cons
The software has too many bugs. For example, I have issues when I hit in route on the calendar page to notify the customer I'm on the way, but the circle just keeps spinning, and nothing happens. Also, I've noticed that Thermogrid doesn't offer uploading videos for customers.

“Would like to be able to get better reports and have ability to add fields to customer info.
Pros
I believe it is good for dispatching, but other functions are more difficult to use.
Cons
Not able to create good reports easily, if at all. Customer email is not attached to customer information when creating reports.

Pros
It works great when you have service. It is easy to use and learn even if you're not a tech-savvy person.
Cons
Drop-down boxes disappear and are underlying. When you go back in the calendar two weeks, it doesn't stay there after you exit a call.

“Dissapointing and Expensive experience
Pros
Nothing to comment about the software. The training team is nice.
Cons
The system is rough and not intuitive. The mobile app isn't ready; they just told me that on the first day of implementation. The sales team shows you whatever you want to see and describes the software as if it can do everything you want. But it starts to fall apart as soon as you begin training, and nothing is as it's supposed to be. But you've already signed a one-year contract with them, so you need to pay for it anyway. They don't care if you use it or not.

“A decent software that works well once ALL of your company data is entered CORRECTLY!
Pros
ThermoGRID is perfect for our short-term needs. We love that the staff finds it straightforward to use. However, paying attention to the fine details when data is put into our software library is an ongoing struggle. It is definitely a time-saver for us because it can carry out complex tasks and has enabled us to be completely paperless.
Cons
We are still adjusting to the setup, nothing at this time.

“Please take a hard look.
Pros
We really liked the software when we demoed it. We liked that it had job costing and that you could enter the model and serial number of units.
Cons
Well, there isn't much customer support. BEWARE if you have QuickBooks Desktop. It is NOT compatible. The company knew this and will not let us out of our one-year contract. We don't even use it, and we pay almost $700 a month. There are no invoice numbers if you're billing from the office. This is residential or in-office software.

“Took our money and never delivered a service
Pros
Never used the software, so I wouldn't know.
Cons
Not seamless at all. I wouldn't know what I liked least because I never got the chance to use the software. I only got the chance to have thousands of dollars stolen from me, then ridiculed by an accounting manager, followed by letters from his attorneys.

“Alex G.
Pros
It is very organized and easy to use. Intuitive. Able to keep track of several employees, store a ton of data, and locate information easily.
Cons
It's internet-based instead of being a standalone app. It tends to lag more since it's used in a browser.

“Outstanding product!
Pros
The system works great for all aspects of our business.
Cons
I'd like to pick a date from the dispatch screen to jump to instead of clicking over or back to go to a certain date. Not a big issue, just something I'd like.

“Excellent software for service businesses!
Pros
Simple to use, great for reporting and automation. The only software I'm aware of that includes an easy-to-use load calculator. The onboarding process was smooth and quick. Best customer support in the business.
Cons
It would be tough to use if you don't have any Excel experience.
