“great value with excellent support

Pros

It gives a great value for the price, packing in everything from accounting to project management. The interface is user-friendly for daily tasks and their support team is excellent. While the advanced features have a learning curve, it saves us from duplicate work. We're very happy with it !!

Cons

Some of the more advanced features like custom reporting or project forecasting have a bit of a learning curve and can feel overwhelming at first. They take some time and training to really master.

The customer service is exceptional.. they're highly responsive and have tailored the system to fit our needs.

We've used this accounting software for years and are extremely happy with it. It has a report for absolutely everything you could need.

I can't think of a single thing we dislike. Our whole accounting team is very happy with it. It's very easy to use and best of all you get a real person to help you whenever you have a question.

We've been using this accounting software since we started many years ago and we're still extremely happy with it. Whatever report you need, you'll find it.

I can't think of anything we dislike. Our whole accounting team is happy with this software. It's really easy to use and whenever we have a question, we get a real person to help us out.

It's easy to use and has all the features we need especially the ability to print required forms for certified payroll, taxes and unions. The support from the TimeSuite team is excellent.

“Does everything we need with great automation

Pros

This software does everything we need, from accounting and project management to estimating and field timecards. It's incredibly dynamic, we just turn on the features we need. As a controller I love that it automates complex entries so I can focus on analysis instead of fighting with spreadsheets. Reporting is immediate and our project managers and field staff love the web and mobile apps. The cost control features are exceptional.

“Love using it on web & mobile

Pros

It does everything we need. We use it for Accounting, Project Management, Contact Management (CRM), Estimating, On-screen take-off, field timecard keeping, task management, resource scheduling and project (CPM) scheduling. It's really dynamic and we just turn on the features we need and keep the ones we don't. It's easy to customize everything, from the grids to transaction entry screens. The customer support is exceptional too. The software is created by a CPA firm specializing in construction companies which is a huge plus. The automated entries for accrued wages and over/under billings are fantastic. We can produce a full summary of contracts with little effort, which saves me a lot of time. As a controller, I spend my time making sure the financials are solid instead of creating spreadsheets and dealing with mechanical issues. The software is real-time, so our reporting is immediate. As soon as an employee clocks out, the costs hit the job cost. Our employees love the mobile app and our project managers swear by the web app. The web-based cost controls are amazing. We use it for status projections, committed cost views, budget variance views and for approving POs/AP/timecards.
