“great value with excellent support”
Pros
It gives a great value for the price, packing in everything from accounting to project management. The interface is user-friendly for daily tasks and their support team is excellent. While the advanced features have a learning curve, it saves us from duplicate work. We're very happy with it !!
Cons
Some of the more advanced features like custom reporting or project forecasting have a bit of a learning curve and can feel overwhelming at first. They take some time and training to really master.

Our team at RMS Utilities has relied on TimeSuite for nearly 30 years. It gives us real-time visibility into project budgets and costs which is crucial for staying on track. The platform is simple for both our office and field teams and it's built specifically for construction so it handles our job costing, payroll and billing perfectly. The customer service is exceptional.. they're highly responsive and have tailored the system to fit our needs.

Pros
We've used this accounting software for years and are extremely happy with it. It has a report for absolutely everything you could need.
Cons
I can't think of a single thing we dislike. Our whole accounting team is very happy with it. It's very easy to use and best of all you get a real person to help you whenever you have a question.
