Simple and worth your money

Pros

Once it's set up, using it is super simple. You just need to have a clear idea of how you want it to work and TopBuilder will make it happen.

Cons

So far I haven't had any problems! Customer service has been amazing.

Easy to get the hang of

Pros

It is really easy to use and I find it simple to train others on it. It doesn't take long to get the hang of it.

Cons

I am not able to remove old employees. Also the phone app is missing. You got to have an inernet connection to access everytime and it's a bit inconvenient.

Great software overall

Pros

The system becomes really user-friendly once you've been trained on the software and setting up communities and users is a simple process.

Cons

A bit more flexibility in reports would be appreciated. Some integrations that other systems provide are also not there.

Lead Generation made easy

Pros

Once you get past the initial setup, using the site becomes very easy. Its great for the sales team to manage leads from our website and is easy to learn as well. It simplifies site and software administration a lot for the management.

Cons

I'm not sure exactly why but the software used to get slow and unresponsive at times. However I've noticed that after moving to Amazon Web Services for hosting, that issue seems to have been resolved.

Customer Relations Management simplified

Pros

I really appreciate that I can add my own key performance indicators and extra fields to track specific customer information.I can spend the whole day on TopBuilder for my work without needing to switch between different application.

Cons

I think the email marketing could be improved by allowing more options for block editing and customization. Right now, it feels pretty basic and doesn't integrate well with other APIs.

TopBuilder is amazing

Pros

The 'Monthly Revenue Projections' and 'Manage Leads and Accounts' features are the most important for my role.

Cons

It's difficult to keep track of what's already been entered because there are so many fields within a project.
