“All in One Solution

Pros

We rely on it for nearly everything since it's close to an all in one solution. It's priced fairly, easy to use even for non-technical people, has a clean interface, mobile access with real-time cloud updates and incredibly detailed records and reports. Features like tracked purchasing, deliveries, bidding, Gantt charting, project management, job costing and automated tasks save a lot of time. I also like that custom forms are generated automatically, the solution was customized so we only pay for what we use, implementation was smooth and customer support is always quick to respond.

Cons

I've found that the more time you put into learning and entering detailed information into the system, the better the results are. At first, it can feel like a burden for staff to adapt but the payoff is worth it once the data begins to work in your favor.
