I deal with a lot of vendors daily, and Viewpoint is the least of my concerns.

The program is relatively easy to use and provides the information I need. I've had good responses from Maxwell (now Viewpoint) whenever I needed support.

The Earthwork module does not integrate well with CAD files, and some automatic features for image files, like the go function, don't work correctly because they need pristine digital files.
