Northern Uniform Sales Rep Perspective

Pros

There are three things I really like about the software: the task reminders that keep you on track, the future calendar that allows you to push calls into the future and shows them in your task calendars, and the ease of moving sales stages through each bucket of the sales process.

Cons

I wish I could edit task reminder calendar dates.

Helps Where our Other Software Falls Short

Pros

It provides an incentive for the field to pass on repair information and allows the office to quickly turn around quotes.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with Jonas ERP software. It can overlap with our Pipedrive CRM, so it's not always used throughout the process. I'd like to use it as our sole CRM software, but it's not as advanced as Pipedrive or Salesforce.

Awesome, intuitive and just what we want

Pros

As mentioned earlier, it's awesome, intuitive, and very easy to use. It really stands out in terms of user experience and functionality.

Cons

I don't know of a way to edit the photos.
