Happy with Ziggu

Pros

Ziggu is such a user friendly and well-organized program for both administrators and users. It's totally changed the way we manage projects. Communication with clients is all centralized which makes it easy to keep them updated on progress. They really appreciate it and honestly, I can't live without Ziggu anymore.

Cons

Having a clear and organized structure that fits our company's operations is really important for managing projects well. At first, though, there wasn't any standard setup or support to help us.

Centralized data and clear communication

Pros

FOR ME communication with buyers, suppliers and contractors is really easy. Everything is easy to find and I can quickly see a clear overview of the choices already made. All the data per unit is kept centrally in one place which makes it super easy to look something up. The clear overview of additional costs is great too and everything has to be approved by the customer, so there's no confusion later on.

Cons

When I approve documents, the view that buyers and contractors/suppliers get is still too complicated. They should only see the approved plans but right now, they can also see the unapproved ones which is confusing.

Helped us get great results

Pros

It centralizes communication and information for both clients and us. Everything is in one clear place, giving a great overview for the contractor, the client and all our partners.

Cons

The first time I used it, I realized I would've done things differently if I had known more from the beginning. It would have been helpful to get more guidance on how to make decisions at the start. Also, the document folder gets really crowded with too many files which makes it confusing. I think for the document folder, a bit more structure and standardization would've been helpful.

Great support and follow-up

Pros

It's really easy to use and well-organized. You can find everything in it like customer conversation history, customer choices, invoices and more. Even customers can use it easily. And if you need help, the support team is really responsive.

Cons

We're still figuring out how to link our accounting system but it looks like we'll get that sorted soon. Right now, if apartments have different finishes, we have to make decisions manually, one by one which takes some time.

I'm satisfied with it

Pros

We switched to Ziggu a year ago and haven't regretted it at all! The implementation was smooth and it's very easy for both users and customers to get the hang of. The new features and updates are clearly explained through webinars. Our customer satisfaction has definitely gone up and the margin for error is getting smaller. Everyone's happy!

Cons

It's still hard to have internal conversations like between the site manager and the office team. It would be nice if communication could be easier.

User friendly but slow

Pros

It is easy to use and the data is grouped together neatly which makes finding everything very easy.

Cons

Sometimes, it takes a lot of work to adjust small details and it's not always easy for all customers to do the same.

Pros

No cons but I think an app for customers would be a great idea and really helpful.

Best for communication

Pros

All communication is in one place, including chats with showrooms which makes everything so much easier.

Cons

Some templates like FAQs, proposals and decisions are not used across all projects. It would be better if they were the same for every project.
