Pros
All the applications that have seamlessly integrated with Zuper make it an incredible tool for small businesses. It's effortless to monitor our employees' activities, and the analytics page reports, along with the feedback, are easily manageable and comprehensible.

The platform's ability to be customized according to our software requirements and workflows is truly remarkable. Throughout the entire process, the Zuper team has been patient and accommodating, ensuring that the platform is configured and set up in the most optimal way for our business and team. It streamlines the entire service process and ensures our team is always prepared for success. Another aspect we love about Zuper is its continuous improvement. We provided feedback to the Zuper team during the platform setup, highlighting certain key functionalities that were lacking but would greatly benefit us. Within a few weeks, we witnessed updates being implemented to optimize the platform's offerings, and most, if not all, of the requested features are now available! Working with the Zuper team has been an absolute pleasure, and I am confident that no other FSM platform provides such detailed and professional customer service.
Cons
During our platform testing phase, we encountered a few minor glitches and identified areas for improvement. The main issue was the absence of a feature that allowed Dispatchers to create a job and select a start and end time that aligned with a technician's actual availability. However, I must commend Zuper for recently introducing this very feature, which is truly remarkable!

Cons
Zuper lacks an accounting module, which means we need to use another software to manage our accounts. If Zuper included a comprehensive accounting module, it would become a truly comprehensive FSM software.

Pros
The flexibility and customization options of Zuper to align with our unique business setup are excellent. The customer support team is friendly and responsive, always providing timely assistance.
Cons
Since we are a larger company that subcontracts work, it would be beneficial to see how the program can be tailored to this business setup. I would love to see the software provide better route and territory management capabilities for teams. It would also be fantastic to have an opportunity to connect with other pool retailers/companies and learn from each other's experiences.

“Zuper - a great solution for dispatching for contractors while using Zoho CRM

One aspect I appreciate is its integration with Zoho CRM. Additionally, the mobile app is user-friendly and convenient.
Cons
The timesheet aspect could use some improvement. When exporting it to Excel, the time and date are combined in the same field. Additionally, when someone is on vacation, it doesn't reflect on the main calendar. Moreover, the latest update to the calendar is not satisfactory. When selecting a job on the calendar, a small window pops up, but you can't edit the job there. Instead, you have to click another option to open yet another window for editing. This unnecessary extra step has been added.

The dashboard metrics and reporting are outstanding. The tool operates seamlessly without any glitches. The mobile app is a fantastic addition, allowing us to easily track our employees' locations.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any cons. Zuper's sophistication itself can be seen as a potential downside since we may not utilize every feature. However, it proves to be excellent when scaling up to an enterprise level.
