“Easy to use wiki
Pros
The wiki impresses me with its modern and flexible interface. The visual editing feature are executed very nicely. It also offers an advanced search function and a variety of useful tools such as manuals and toolboxes.
Cons
The way changes happening in daily life, similar is the case with technical world. However understanding technical changes is not easy mainly if you are not tech expert. But I really like to Thank the Hello World team as an excellent partner. They are responsive to customer requests and actively work on finding solutions. With their dedication, what may initially seem like a problem doesn't remain one for long.

“Quick and easy knowledge management
Pros
I really like the option to track changes, distribute information about those changes and utilize sharing functions. The full-text search and categorization features are highly effective. Additionally the integration of graphics with drawio is seamless allowing users to work quickly and without errors.
Cons
Working with tables, especially when dealing with wide tables and the need for printing them, can be a bit smooth less. Additionally, placing images on pages can be a bit challenging and may cause some inconvenience for new users.

Pros
Being a managed hosting provider, we find the open-source foundation with MediaWiki to be highly beneficial. In our opinion the rights administration and process management features are particularly well-executed.
Cons
Like any software product, there is certainly a potential for improvement. However, I must praise the Hallo Welt team for their active approach in regularly introducing inventions and improvements. They are dedicated to staying ahead of the game.
