We are a small firm and we have been using continux for almost ten years now. Back then, it was the only real cloud solution out there and we still feel we made the right call. The best part is we don't have to worry about IT as the team handles it and their support team is always quick to respond. Data protection is top-notch too, with servers based in the eU. since we were early adopters we even got to help shape some features to better match our needs. The recent redesign of the deadline management tool has been a game-changer for our daily workflow. overall It has been rock-solid and dependable as we have not had a single system outage in a decade.
Cons
The deadline monitoring feature used to be pretty confusing but it's improved a lot over time. The current version now does exactly what we need.

The ease of use is far better compared to global software giants. I find the features very thoughtful and practical for nearly everyone. While the number of features is limited, it's intentional and beneficial, there are no unnecessary fields or functions. This tool did a great job focusing only on what's essential.
Cons
I took on the initial deployment myself and while it was a burden, I believe it would have been the same with any other software.
