The license and pricing are really clear with no surprise costs or limits like API calls. Its reliable with great performance and packed with features plus it can easily grow with your needs. I really like it!

Cons

Not a major issue at all but the design could use some updates.

I can quickly search through everything. It handles big data effortlessly and customization is so simple. I can build any solution using the data hosted on OpenKM.

Cons

The graphics design could be better. Also uploading a large number of documents can be a bit slow.

You can program it with Java and the tech support is amazing. They really know their stuff and are always there for you.

Cons

The search function could be more flexible. The word order shouldnt affect the results and the add ins could be more user friendly. I also prefer live editing over the add ins. Other than these things its fine.
