“easy to use with amazing support
Pros
The tool is easy to use, their customer support has been amazing and I generally feel my data is safe and protected. Moving over from E-File Cabinet was smooth. I also like the secure way it lets me share documents with my clients.
Cons
Being retired and operating alone the cost feels very high for my needs. I am also confused by the file-sharing settings as it is hard for me to determine what permissions to grant or restrict without accidentally exposing documents to others. Also my clients struggle with the system too as several have told me they find Dropbox far more easy to use. On top of that I often come across problems when trying to open documents such as files will just keep spinning and won't view properly which is a recurring frustration for me.

“best customer support but performance shortcomings
Pros
Customer support has been the best. I also like that the software works both as a mobile app and in a web browser and that I can even run both at the same time when necessary. The interface is also user friendly and easy to pick up thanks to clear navigation. I particularly appreciate the way it's built for multi-level document management which makes it flexible and efficient for handling different kinds of files and workflows.
Cons
I have noticed the biggest shortcoming is the program's performance. Some features don't seem tuned for rapid, high-volume work which would really matter in our setup. Plus it becomes annoying when more than forty colleagues are using the system at once and things start acting up and the usual fix suggested is to clear the cache. For a cloud-based tool it feels like we shouldn't have to clear the cache this often.

“simpler document management since 2005
Pros
We have been using EFileCabinet now Revver since 2005 and it has made document management dramatically simpler for our team. I can pull up files quickly when assisting customers and I really like the ability to obtain e-signatures through the system.
Cons
One limitation I have noticed is the lack of a bulk-archive feature. It is something we could really use. The platform also experiences occasional glitches that require a full reboot rather than just a simple refresh which can be frustrating during important tasks.

“easy to operate and send pdfs
Pros
The program is easy to operate and documents are simple to retrieve. And because they're saved as PDFs, I can easily send them.
Cons
though costs have risen through the years that's understandable given the evolving technology. And in my practice I find it still suits my needs and workflow.

“document handling is pretty easy
Pros
What I like most is how user-friendly it is and how well it handles document management. Finding my files and folders is also not a problem that it saves me time and frustration.
Cons
Overall the features I have used work really well. However I still have not received any follow-up since we completed the migration which is frustrating. From what I was told, they were meant to deliver some training and I was counting on that.

“secure and simple client uploads
Pros
My clients tell me they feel secure uploading confidential documents and the whole workflow is extremely simple as I just send a link and they upload everything.
Cons
So far I am happy with it. I have not received any negative feedback from clients and I personally like being able to upload our own client-related files directly.

“Outstanding and knowledgeable support
Pros
Revver team offers outstanding customer support. Their reps reply quickly and clearly and they really understand both what the software does well and where it falls short. Because of their knowledge, I get fast and practical answers and workable fixes without frustration.
Cons
Getting past the Fin AI chatbot feels like a real obstacle for me. Whenever I have urgent problems I often cannot reach a real person immediately and I notice there is no easy, direct method available for me to get connected to a live agent quickly.

“easy to access from anywhere
Pros
It is really user-friendly and I can access files from any computer. Plus being able to fetch client records from wherever I am is very convenient.
Cons
We have had issues sending secure documents through Revver. We also manage two separate accounts one on the Legacy system and another on the Enterprise plan which is a hassle.

“User-friendly with smooth integration
Pros
The interface is very user friendly and their customer service paid close attention during onboarding. Plus it integrates smoothly with third-party tools and makes sharing files really easy.
Cons
I wish the Excel integration were more powerful and it'd be great if multiple people could work in the same document at the same time to enable true real-time collaboration.

“Flexible and specific workflow setup
Pros
What I like most is how flexible the workflow setup is as there are multiple distinct attributes and options I can configure when building Workflows which lets me be very specific about how I want to apply Revver in different situations.
Cons
occasionally I do run into glitches. For example when I upload a PDF the preview will sometimes show wrong content and on rare occasions this tool is completely unavailable for a few hours, forcing me to wait before I can return and use it again.

“safe documents with two-factor authentication
Pros
One thing I really like is that my documents feel safe and protected and I can securely send and receive files with clients. I also really like that there's an option for two-factor authentication which adds an extra layer of security I value.
Cons
I've noticed that the app can be a bit slow to refresh whenever new items are added or I move between pages and that lag sometimes interrupts my workflow. Plus it often requires me to hit the refresh spinner and wait extra time to confirm everything saved the way I intended.

“easy to use with outstanding support
Pros
Revver is really easy to use and the support team has been outstanding. I have found numerous useful features here that our previous document management system completely lacked.
Cons
Nothing major but I am still figuring out a few rough spots and testing the best ways to handle certain tasks. Overall I think it's a great product.

“secure storage for confidential files
Pros
We really like being able to keep our files securely stored since we handle a great deal of confidential client information that absolutely must remain protected.
Cons
I notice it has a few glitches now and then and can run a little slowly. I also think some of those problems come from my own unfamiliarity with the system.

“account restrictions without explanation
Pros
I could not access Revver at all even though my account had been renewed and I paid for it. As the renewal wasn't reflected in it itself.
Cons
What frustrates me is that we are not told when there's a problem with our account instead we just see the message like All roles are currently restricted due to Security Policies or a lack of available licenses.

“offer quick support and simple workflows
Pros
Whenever we run into a problem and are not sure how to proceed, the support team replies quickly. One time I deleted something very important by mistake and fortunately it was completely recoverable. Overall it's played a big role in helping our team simplify workflows and drastically reduce the amount of paper we store in the office. Plus the system very simple and easy to use.
Cons
I tried to turn an item into a main drawer but it actually belongs inside a different filing cabinet. So the app won't let me move it because it's locked as a drawer.

“allows professional document management
Pros
At KVC, we rely on Revver for managing documents as it keeps our files arranged professionally and easy to find.

The learning curve was a bit steep at first, yet once I got the hang of the system it worked well.

“Well organized but slow performance
Pros
It is easy to create and edit new drawers and folders. The drawer organization is user-friendly too and makes navigation simple. I can also drag most standalone document files directly into place which is extremely handy and saves time.
Cons
When I first log in the system takes too long to load which is annoying. I have also noticed it can lag and struggle to keep up when I type quickly or perform rapid actions. The search tool feels clumsy too so there is no easy way to find things. Even when it locates folders, jumping directly to the selected one can be tricky. I also have to download a file before I can view or delete it, wasting time. Additionally, a failed uploads badge sometimes appears on documents that actually uploaded successfully which is confusing. All of this leads to frustrating moments while using the system.

“Highly customizable and keeps everything organized
Pros
The software is highly customizable and really easy to use. Overall it helps keep my office well organized.
Cons
Personally the per-user pricing bothers me. As I'd rather see monthly billing per user so occasional users only pay when they need access.

“Consolidated access, however unreliable uploads
Pros
What I like most is that everything's consolidated in one spot and easy to access.
Cons
I have noticed there is often a significant delay when I try to upload files. Plus several times, a file has just sat there with the spinning buffer and never finished uploading. Also it is annoying to have to sign out and back in to force Revver to restart, hoping the upload goes through and even then, it sometimes still fails. I have also heard from other users that they occasionally have trouble logging in.

“great technical team across time zones
Pros
I really like how adaptable the technical team is. as they go out of their way to support customers in different time zones and adjust their availability to fit our schedules.
Cons
It is frustrating that responses can be slow at times. The Office Hours with Customer Success sessions can also be disappointing especially when I sign up and no one shows up.
