“Realiable and very flexible tool
Pros
CMS offers incredible flexibility, supporting various approaches to tasks. It includes useful features such as built-in LESS/SASS compiling and Google Tag Manager integration. The Parsley template language is intuitive and well documented and caching ensures quick page serving even for complex queries.
Cons
Parsley is missing user defined functions that could accelerate the development of server-side code.

“Excellent CMS for large websites
Pros
I really appreciate the schema and templated elements, as well as the versioning and history features that allow me to easily review content changes and page settings. The built-in code browser means I don't need to open a separate IDE for programming changes.
Cons
While the software is consistently improving, the search functionality, particularly when it comes to images, remains a bit of a limitation. However after we flagged specific issues regarding the image CMS not loading consistently and quickly, they responded swiftly and implemented the necessary fixes.

“So convenient and efficient software
Pros
Although it's a bit more expensive, it's absolutely worth it. I never have to worry about software or database updates, and my site is always up. Zesty's speed outperforms every WordPress configuration, and it's worth every penny.
Cons
Media organization can be a bit quirky at times but that's really the only downside.

“A great headless CMS with powerful features and excellent support
Pros
The team is fantastic!!!! They're very responsive and seek feedback on features. They are quick to address issues and release updates based on customer needs.
Cons
Zesty could be an excellent option for smaller, budget-conscious sites but its pricing is more suited for enterprise and mid tier clients. For a startup with a limited budget, they may prefer open-source alternatives.

“It has so many customizable features
Pros
Zesty's headless content functionality makes content creation and management more efficient. It offers modular design flexibility, supports both mobile and desktop versions and provides a fully customizable platform that satisfies Google's page load requirements. Great customer and technical support throughout our projects.
Cons
The functionality for managing redirects was somewhat restricted, which made site rebuilds take longer than expected. Building a site from scratch required more development time than initially anticipated and the platform demands a developer familiar with the system.

“Loved to use it
Pros
As an artist with minimal IT skills, Zesty has been an ideal platform for showcasing my art, biography and references online. I can scan and upload my artwork, creating an ongoing visual chronology, while easily presenting exhibition reviews and references as PDFs or external links.
Cons
My concern is that during a major software overhaul, I may struggle to find a contractor to provide timely support. Fortunately there haven't been many significant overhauls to date.

“Quick and reliable CMS
Pros
Parsley markup language is simple to use and powers this very flexible CMS. It's extremely extendable to meet various needs, with well-documented APIs for building headless CMS applications. Its infrastructure is designed for both speed and ease of use.
Cons
While there are some limitations within the CMS schema, these are generally not problematic for most use cases and can often be worked around easily.

“So easy to use
Pros
Once something is built from an engineering perspective, non-technical users can easily make changes through the CMS UI, reducing reliance on engineers for minor adjustments.
Cons
Certain aspects of the engineering process aren't intuitive (such as how pages and datasets interact). There's no option to edit using a preferred IDE, and there's no version control through tools like GitHub. Also without a separate layer of caching it's not possible to deploy multiple items simultaneously. For instance if we have four pages, each with its own datasets, CSS, and so on, we have to publish them individually. This can result in a brief period where the site appears broken until the next cache invalidation. There's also no way to upload a .csv file to perform batch tasks like issuing redirects.

“User friendly software
Pros
Project management is simplified and sourcing blog content can be done in an instant.
Cons
Caching issues can lead to confusion when trying to publish blogs. You'll often need to check the updates in an incognito window or use a new browser to verify if the changes have been applied correctly and there are occasional problems with blog formatting, such as headers being centered unintentionally.
