Pros
What I appreciate most is having a web-based CRM that lets our team access customer data, contacts, leads and projects from anywhere with just a browser and the convenience and accessibility are fantastic.
Cons
The biggest downside is that it won't make my coffee or grab lunch for me and basically doesn't handle anything outside its core functions.

Pros
I really appreciate how this keeps all my leads organized and easy to find. The pricing is incredibly affordable which has helped us bring in more customers without breaking the budget. Honestly, I haven't find anything else that compares to what this offers.
Cons
The application can be pretty confusing and tough to figure out at first. I think some better tutorials or video guides would really help make things clearer.

“Super simple web-based CRM solution”
Pros
I really like being able to work with different teams and departments through the shared online customer database, plus tracking my ongoing projects has been super helpful. It's definitely made me more productive overall.
Cons
The website looks very dated and the user interface is honestly terrible touse. Other than that though, everything else works well and since its free with a live trial available, I cant really complain too much and just hoping they update the design soon.

Pros
It's been incredibly helpful for generating leads in our sales department. I really like how this web-based CRM handles contact management, marketing and sales support along with project tracking. What stands out most is the easy access to customer data and information.
Cons
Sometimes leads don't populate and data fails to save after capturing, though this typically occurs with poor internet connections. When it happens, I have to manually redo the capturing or saving process.

Pros
I like how this web based CRM works perfectly for smaller companies like mine. The centralized database makes tracking leads so much easier and having project management plus marketing tools all in one place is really convenient.
Cons
What I don't like is that it costs money and the subscription isnt exactly cheap and there's no free trial either. At least its a onetime payment though and you can check out the demo on there website.
