Pros
One feature I rely on a lot is the Notes option. Working with a team means we're rarely editing the same content at the same time so being able to leave comments really saves me. I use it both for personal reminders and for flagging items my teammates need to review which helps make sure nothing important gets missed.
Cons
I've been using this tool for a while now and up to this point I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike about it.
