“Simple to use and pretty smart tool
Pros
The reporting feature is pretty simple to use. The result of it is that I can generate exactly the reports I need without any trouble.
Cons
Sometimes the server gets busy and I run into issues trying to log into my account

I have got the best experience with database management, DBA work, report writing and serving as a techno-functional consultant in ERP systems.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that ADempiere system crashes when over 1000 users are connected to the same page.

“Great Open Source ERP Solution
Pros
The community support is simply amazing and if we need help, there are professional consultants available for implementation and customization. That said we have been able to handle most of the setup ourselves without any issues.
Cons
Well the development direction can be unpredictable since it is community-driven, unlike commercial software that follows a more consistent roadmap.

“Perfect Solution for Small Businesses
Pros
I really like three key aspects of the tool which are the architecture, how extensible it is and how easy maintenance becomes. Other than that this platform covers everything you could need from RFQ functionality to HR modules, finance tools and comprehensive reporting features.
Cons
Honestly I cannot really find any major issues since everything can be customized to fit what I need. Maybe the default interface could use some improvement and it would be great if the community developed more API-first solutions.

Pros
The dynamic form feature is really impressive and stands out as a key strength. I also like how the decentralization through Active MQ works smoothly and adds great value to the overall experience.
Cons
Documentation is lacking which can be frustrating when features do not work and we have to figure out fixes or workarounds on our own.

I like how scalable this solution is as we can tackle different use cases step by step without rushing and the migration from our old Visual Fox system has been surprisingly smooth.
Cons
There are not many forums or resources available when we are trying to add new features or need help with development. Also the documentation is limited.
