I find AFAS software easy to use and simple to navigate.

Cons

Downloading analyses and reports is not as fast as I'd like it to be.

The design feels outdated to me and the processes are unclear. Plus it has a user interface thats a little complex.

“A complete system in one package

Pros

The software is great that it meets almost all our needs. And since we switched to AFAS Online and Profit 1 working has become much easier compared to older versions of Profit. Plus it is adaptable to all customer needs though it can get a bit complex at times.

Cons

It was hard to get everyone to accept changes. Before using AFAS Online our old program was slow, partly because it had too many free fields.

afas software is easy to use and the website is also pretty basic. Also it is simple to navigate for both our employees and those who need to track everything.

Cons

At first the app did not work very well. However now everything works perfectly for us.

Pros

One big advantage is that you handle the implementation yourself. This allows us to customize the software exactly to our company's needs. And you can completely adjust the layout whether for software use by colleagues or for document management making it very user friendly.

Cons

The fact that we have to manage the implementation entirely on our own takes a lot of time. And let's face it time is something we all lack. Plus sometimes when making changes, you might forget about other related things you need to update. Also setting up user authorizations can be quite a hassle as it is definitely not a smooth process.

Pros

Overall I like it very much as the software has a very clean and well designed interface.

Cons

Well it is on the expensive side. And I do think there might be more affordable alternatives out there.
