“Had an amazing experience
Pros
I find this system prtety user-friendly and simple to navigate. Also the support team is the best and always ready to help when I need assistance. And the automated features really streamline our daily operations and make everything much more efficient.
Cons
The main thing I would want to see improved is more customization options for automated workflows and reporting. We have not moved to the AMS+ platform yet but from what I understand, the newer version should address some of these limitations.

“Transition was smooth
Pros
AgencyBloc AMS+ platform is pretty easy to use. Also setting up tasks for myself and colleagues is not a problem anymore and the reporting feature pulls accurate data without any hassle.
Cons
I really wish there was a way to send emails and texts straight from the platform as it would be great to have everything documented in one place for future reference.

“Excellent tool for agency work
Pros
I really like how this tool keeps everything organized, almost like a super powered filing system. The biggest change has been how our team communicates through the Activities tab for each policy. Overall it has made everything flow much better internally. We have also connected with other platforms like InTulse for telecommunications and Client Circle for member growth and retention and they integrate smoothly.
Cons
Well the enrollment process has become more time consuming than before because of all the extra clicks required to record policy information. Another frustrating issue is that we cannot edit or delete anything on the Activities tab which gets really cluttered for some clients since every phone call automatically generates a new activity entry.

“The best for Medicare Agents
Pros
To be honest I am really impressed with how this platform handles client tracking, policy management and activity logging. The chat support feature is great too as whenever I need assistance, the team is pretty friendly and quick to help. There is wide range of reports available too. Plus I can create unlimited custom reports customized to my specific needs. What I find most valuable is being able to log activities every time I speak with a client as it is pretty important for maintaining proper records and future reference. Several of my agent colleagues recommended this system to me and I would definitely pass that recommendation along to others.
Cons
My main frustration is the lack of screen customization options. Like simple changes would improve our workflow but there is no flexibility. For example I cannot move important boxes to the top of the screen so we are always scrolling down for basic tasks. We also cannot hide or remove unused fields which just makes everything feel cluttered. One thing I really wish we had is color coding for clients as it would make it much easier to see what they have without scrolling and clicking through the policy list every time.

“Highly recommend it as it saves time
Pros
The time this saves is something I like the most. Plus we can now generate custom agency statements for our downlines and it has cut down our workload by at least a full day every commission cycle.
Cons
I have not really found any major downsides with this platform so far.

Pros
I have been using this platform for over three years and the commission module has been a game changer. And it has saved me thousands in payroll costs while cutting down on human error significantly. When I pay my agents I know with complete confidence they are getting exactly what was promised. Overall it has definitely helped take my business to the next level.

“Huge time saver for daily work
Pros
AgencyBloc AMS+ software is very simple to use and the interface just makes sense. Plus the tutorials helped me get up to speed quickly and the commission reporting feature has been a game changer for tracking my earnings. Like finally ditched those endless Excel sheets.
Cons
I wish they would add quoting tools to the platform. Plus being able to handle everything in one system would save me even more time.

Pros
I can store lots of information which makes generating reports really simple. Also the customer support here is outstanding as whenever I run into issues or have questions, I usually hear back within hours definitely no more than a day.
Cons
The main problem is the steep learning curve for reporting features. I have been using this for about 4 years and still have not mastered all the report customization options. Though it is not really a fault of the software since they offer webinars and recorded training sessions as I just have not had time to dive deep into learning everything it can do.

“Meets all our needs
Pros
The interface is pretty user friendly and I never feel lost when exploring new features. When I do hit a snag, there is plenty of help available in the form of tutorials, articles and even live chat support to get me unstuck quickly.
Cons
Sometimes we run into issues where client files end up getting duplicated after our admin updates policies with commission details. Also I have noticed that spaces randomly appear before client names which is really frustrating because then you cannot find them in search results when there is that extra space at the beginning.
