Pros
It has a really user friendly interface that makes everything simple. Plus integration with other lead sources works pretty seamlessly and saves me alot of time.

“Nothing so special about it
Pros
I find it really great for storing basic customer details like phone numbers, emails and addresses. Overall it keeps everything organized in one place.
Cons
It feels pretty basic to me. There is not much depth here and I wish it offered more advanced features or functionality.
