“Affordable with great customization
Pros
The level of customization and the affordable entry cost is something I like the most. And overall it really helps us keep track of events, plus tasks, projects and all the related data tied to those events are organized.
Cons
We ran into trouble configuring the customizations and needed assistance getting them set up. The support documentation for that feature was confusing and difficult to follow too so it didn't help much. But fortunately its support team stepped in and guided us through the process.

“simplified our operations a lot
Pros
We recently adopted the contract management module which is new for our team. But the good thing is that during rollout, they worked closely with us to tailor the system to address all our requests and requirements. Because of that this tool has really simplified and sped up that part of our operations.
Cons
Because the platform is highly customizable, it's not easy to implement modifications on my own. So I usually have to reach out to support whenever we want to adjust or change functionality in the system.

“Keeps up with modern technology
Pros
I like that it keeps up with modern technology and marketing trends so it can offer me up to date Contract Management capabilities and a range of other software services.
Cons
To get it to function seamlessly with other web resources, I had to change a few browser configurations for Firefox and Chrome and make some specific accommodations. Once I completed those steps, however the system behaved reliably and without issue.

“simple drafting with great automation
Pros
What I like most about it is how easy it makes drafting a contract and creating one is quick too. I also love the automation features and the convenience of having a single entry point.
Cons
While I like the features, I find the interface somewhat complex and for more traditional sales people it can be difficult to navigate between different sections.

“pretty customizable for shifting needs
Pros
Our agency is expanding and our requirements shift all the time. So I am glad this tool is customizable means it can be configured to meet those changing needs.
Cons
What frustrates me is that when I reply to an email from outside the tool, the previous message thread is not included in my reply. So my team often has to paste or attach the conversation manually so having built-in thread inclusion would be a meaningful improvement.

“User-friendly and saves time
Pros
Agiloft is user-friendly and very flexible, allowing me to customize our Knowledge Base and build workflows that automate routine tasks, reduce errors, integrate with other software and improve end-user satisfaction. For our organization, it has cut requisition approval time by four days which is a huge benefit for a fast-paced, high-volume company. And once the platform is set up, the implementation specialist gives me all the tools I need to make changes and updates whenever adjustments are required.
Cons
From my experience customer support tends to respond quickly but those replies are often not very helpful. Fortunately I've been able to lean on our implementation specialist when a support ticket needs to be escalated. The team clearly wants to help, yet their communication often lacks depth or detail so I have to be exceptionally precise about what outcome I'm looking for.

“Easy to implement with helpful developers
Pros
We have managed to customize this product to meet our exact requirements. Also it is easy to implement changes whenever necessary and if I forget the steps to update something, the developers are consistently ready and willing to help.
Cons
I do not have a lot of complaints. Occasionally it is challenging to convey to the developers who help with modifications exactly what I want and how I expect the features to behave. But usually that gets ironed out after a few follow-up questions, emails or phone conversations. Another drawback for me is that I'm located in the Eastern Time Zone while Agiloft operates on Pacific Time. That roughly four-hour gap can sometimes stretch the time it takes to get issues sorted and answers returned.

“Very adaptable and configurable
Pros
I've never seen anything as flexible as this. In short it is very adaptable and lets me configure it in ways I've never seen before in this type of product.
Cons
The Group and Team concepts and their settings were really hard for me to understand initially and I found implementing them somewhat intimidating. However after I figured them out I was impressed by how strong the security and functional capabilities became.
