Reliable but has room for improvement

Pros

I like that this tool is simple to use. Plus everything I need about my work gets displayed on a single screen. Managing customer relationships has become pretty simple with this platform too.

Cons

Initially found the learning curve pretty steep and struggled to navigate everything. As it took some time to get comfortable with the interface but once I figured it out it became second nature.

Simple and User-Friendly

Pros

The support is pretty accessible whenever I need it. Also this tool has the potential to revolutionize how we handle software operations. Being able to implement email campaigns directly through the platform is really convenient.

Cons

I really wish I had better access to these features. Plus I would love to use it more often but Podium does not give us access to the tools anymore. Still think it is a great fit though.

Complete Solution for Our Small Business

Pros

I was searching for tools to help organize my business more effectively. This suite gives me the control and organization I was looking for making business management a simple task.

Cons

Pretty hard to access when I am traveling internationally. Seems like there are restrictions for users outside the US that make it difficult to get into my account from other countries.

Excellent Software

Pros

Having all customer communications in one place is amazing. It tracks everything from phone calls and texts to emails and even Facebook Messenger conversations. Also it is like having an iCloud for my whole business. What I really love is that my entire team can access these interactions so anyone can step in and help move a customer through the entire process from their first inquiry to closing the sale. The customer service is exceptional as they make it easy to share my screen when I need help with troubleshooting or have questions. If I need something the program does not currently do, they will work with me to customize it. As I spent a long time searching for a CRM that could handle text messaging and Facebook Messenger communication with customers and this one does that, plus so much more. I keep finding new ways to integrate it into my business operations and honestly it has made my daily tasks so much easier and more organized.

Cons

You do need a bit more technical know how compared to those simple drag and drop platforms. Though they provide tutorials for everything so you can figure things out. Plus I would really love a mobile app that lets me handle everything from my phone instead of being tied to a computer. Also wish I could edit orders when I mess up or forget something rather than voiding the whole thing and starting fresh. The learning curve feels pretty steep at first and honestly overwhelming but customer service is great about walking you through whatever you need to get comfortable with the system.
