“All-in-one tool for team info sharing
Pros
Setting up AnswerHub was a simple task and its user friendly interface made it easy for my team to start using the software right away. I have been using it for months and have not come across any bugs.
Cons
I cannot think of anything I dislike about it. Their customer service has been very helpful in addressing everything I needed.

Pros
I really like how easy AnswerHub is to use and it makes collaboration so much simple for us.
Cons
Well I am not fond of the layout of the software as it feels a bit off to me and I think it could use a redesign.

“Good and simple
Pros
It is very basic for end-users and simple to operate. We also like the built-in rewards system that encourages users to engage with AnswerHub more often. Plus the interface is clean and not cluttered with unnecessary features from the start.
Cons
The administration interface is completely different from the rest of the products design and some options are hard to find or placed in unexpected spots. There are some minor issues with search as queries do not always return the right results even when I use exact phrases. Plus I cannot change global notification settings for all users at once instead I have to adjust them individually for each user. Admin privileges can get pretty complicated and confusing until you understand all the different permissions. I also cannot access server logs unless I get help from the team. So I feel like being able to view logs directly through admin would be really helpful especially for recent SSO issues. There are also minor bugs with shortcuts in the Markdown editor that conflict with those on our Slovenian keyboards. Advanced analytics could definitely be more user friendly.

“Well-rounded product
Pros
AnswerHub provides a wide range of features at a fair price and the company is quick to respond to issues and questions. I also like the flexibility of it and have seen positive updates over time. From an end-user perspective it is easy to get the hang of and the gamification aspect helps keep users engaged. The Q&A format of discussions is a big plus too not just for our customers but also within our company.
Cons
I noticed that companys professional services have not been as effective a partner as we needed which has led to delays in essential features. Plus of part of this seems to be growing pains as they are trying to expand their customer base but are not always as responsive as they were before. The tool's reporting and analytics are somewhat basic and while I have heard improvements are in the works, I am still waiting.

The functionality and features are great and the site layout is well organized. Overall I am happy with the product.
Cons
As per me reporting functionality is definitely the weakest part of this software and could use significant improvement.

“Good for internal knowledge but difficult to build a community
Pros
It offers plenty of possibilities and the support team is easy to contact and very helpful. Plus I find the Accepted Answer feature particularly very useful.
Cons
Some customization options are hard to do on our own which complicates daily use. Also the Ideas feature has not been fully implemented yet.

“Met all our needs
Pros
There have not been many issues. It fulfills the purpose of a Q&A community with a simple and easy to use interface. Overall I find it fast, responsive and reliable.
Cons
The search function really needs improvement and the admin panel could also use some updates. As I noticed there have not been many new updates or feature releases.
