“Easy to use
Pros
Setting up online bill pay was a simple task and the website is pretty easy to use. Also I can easily track which invoices are pending and which ones are paid and I can even download them. Navigating the bill pay section is simple and customer service has been pretty helpful too. I also love that I can access employee profiles, request new cards and make updates whenever needed. Overall navigating this site is pretty convenient.
Cons
I do not like that the bill resets to all zeros once the invoice is paid. So the result og it is that I have learned to download the invoice before making the payment. Also it would make my reconciliation process easier if the products were itemized by category like health, vision, dental rather than showing a lump sum.

Pros
It makes collecting fees, sending invoices and tracking incoming and outgoing reports so much easier for us.
Cons
To be honest I have not found any issues so far. I have been using the product for quite sometime now and it has been good up to this point.

The software is affordable and very easy to use. Plus the best thing is that it is not just limited to desktops as the mobile app is fantastic too.
Cons
I think the income and expenses report should be available for download in either Excel or PDF format.

This is so easy to use. At a glance we can see everything like how much we have collected and how much is overdue. And the best part is being able to send reminders to the right people.
Cons
Well I would like to have a breakdown for sub-categories within classes like when we offer special programs or coaching for students who need extra help.

Pros
It does exactly what a fee collection software should do. Plus it allows customization for the specific needs of our institute.
Cons
When I add a fee it applies to the entire batch. It would be great if there was an option to send a link so that only those who want to pay can do so and it gets recorded in the database.

Pros
It is simple to set up and use and the customization to fit our needs makes it the perfect choice. Also I can manage everything from fees to payroll and salary slips, much more efficiently than with Excel sheets.
Cons
There is not much I dislike about it. Overall I find it more easy to use compared to other apps like Idu-Concept and other finance management tools.
