Pros
I really like the ticket management tools and how the software includes awesome online CRM features. It makes handling leads simple and also offers solid account management. Also it is a great help desk solution that makes supporting customers a simple task.
Cons
Switching to it was smooth and we have not run into any issues.

I really like tools that are both efficient and flexible and Apptivo CRM stands out in this way. As a solopreneur, I need a CRM that integrates smoothly with different apps and platforms and it does exactly that. Its integration features let me build a customized tech setup that fits my specific needs. Also it is incredibly easy to use as the user friendly interface saves time and makes everything feel smooth which is perfect for any solopreneur. Plus it syncs easily with Google's suite of tools which is a huge plus for someone like me with a tech background. It feels like a natural extension of my experience. The Stripe integration is a game-changer for handling payments and finances giving me the kind of control I value. And the customer service is amazing too as they respond to chat messages right away.
Cons
If you are new to CRMs and not familiar with concepts like objects or APIs, you might find it a bit challenging at first and might need some help from customer support.

“Provide full control over field settings
Pros
I love that I can add or remove fields and have full control over their settings. Moving leads to the next stage works really well though I wish there were a few more options there. The integration with Xero is very helpful too and your support team even gave me ideas for syncing with multiple Xero accounts which is awesome.
Cons
Since it is an online platform, we rely on internet connections and overseas cables which can sometimes make it feel slow. The email receiving feature is not the strongest so we still use Outlook for that but the email sending tool works really well.

Pros
Apptivo software is very easy to use and adapt. Also making changes to the system is simple too.
Cons
Some of the wording can be a little confusing so I think because of regional language differences. For example trigger will fire in the next year means it will happen a year from now, not within the next 365 days. A few help pages could use clearer English but overall everythings pretty easy to follow.
