Pros

This is excellent software created by an arborist specifically for arborists. We have been using it for two years now. The first two weeks were a bit tricky to get used to but once I understood it, everything clicked into place. And I have to say the support is outstanding and I like that we can offer suggestions that are often included in future updates. So I would definitely recommend it to other arborists in the business.

It takes some of my time to get the hang of it as you can definitely rely on the excellent support available to help you through the learning process.
