Pros

Seeing many features from their roadmap being added is awesome. And able to review our teams daily analytics without constant follow-ups gives us great hope for our future growth.

Cons

I know it is planned for the future but having an Android and iOS version would be amazing for tracking deliverables, managing the pipeline and using the Kanban feature.

Pros

My team finds the CRM very user friendly, easy to customize and filled with features that most CRMs do not offer such as free pre-built project management templates that are already set up for you. The automated lead to account flow makes sense and I frequently use the Command Center where all lead/client info, inbound and outbound emails, notes, deal tracking and more are easily accessible. So yes there is no doubt that this system has made my team much more efficient.

Cons

To be honest I have not noticed any negatives so far. Their team is great to work with. And while they may not be the cheapest option, you definitely get what you pay for. Overall their CRM offers great value.
