“Lower-cost tool with responsive support
Pros
This tool gives me all the features I've seen with other tools but at a lower price. I've also had a great experience with their support team since they stay active and responsive.
Cons
The look and feel could be better. I think improving the UI would make it more appealing and pleasant to use.

“Multiple windows for smoother workflow
Pros
Having the option to open multiple windows at the same time really helps. I can keep Contacts open in one window and Sales Orders in another, which makes my work much smoother.
Cons
Great tool but when something doesn't work the way I expect, it takes a lot of time to figure out what went wrong and what needs to be changed. That part can be frustrating.

“comprehensive sales pipeline management

From my experience, this tool handles our sales pipeline really well. I use it to manage leads, contacts and quotes and it covers everything we need in one place.
Cons
I honestly don't see any weak points with this platform. Every time I give them a task or challenge, they come back with a solution.

Getting started didn't take long at all. We were able to pick it up quickly and start using it without much effort.

“Unexpected charges and upsells

All I've really seen is automation but I ran into extra charges after payment. I wasn't expecting those and it definitely caught me off guard.
Cons
What I experienced felt like cheap tactics to make more money. I was convinced to pay for a feature-packed product and after payment, I kept running into unexpected charges that added up to a lot.
