An overview of Avid CRM

Pros

I like how easy it is to switch between the screens. One of the good features it has.

Cons

I have to double check the entry dates depending on the screen I'm on. Its important to only change the date once when entering cash receipts. Cash keeps defaulting to the current date after every entry. These things make it a little inconvenient to use.

Simple to use, Amazing CRM

Pros

What makes it a really valuable tool for our business is its integration with Outlook. Setting it up and syncing with our existing Outlook accounts was simple. My team picked it up quickly because the interface is really easy to understand.

Cons

I honestly cant think of one downside right now. The Support Team quickly resolves any issue that may come up through updates.

Pros

This product was really easy to use alongside the programs I'm already using. It goes well with those programs.

Cons

I struggled a bit at the beginning but I soon got the hang of how the program works.

Professional customer care

Pros

Found it to be really user friendly and the customer service is very professional. They never keep you hanging.

There were a few glitches during the initial setup but its been great other than that.

Hard to use and missing features

Pros

It has all the clinics that we added manually.

Cons

For me Its been tough to work with it and create leads. Pop up for new leads and reminders are missing and creating a quote is quite tricky. Not for me!
