“An all-in-one ERP that fits my business needs

Pros

Axelor is fairly user-friendly software which makes it easy for me to use. Plus it is without a doubt a complete ERP solution that is suitable for any business. The low-code feature allows me to create complex tools as an administrator. Additionally, the teams at Axelor are quick and very supportive when in need.

Cons

The product documentation does not have enough details to configure certain modules which causes problems at times.

Pros

This platform is a hybrid and offers an all-in-one solution. It combines a low-code/no-code BPM with over 30 business applications. What I love the most about it is its high level of customization which allows us to set it to the specific needs of my company. Moreover, I can access it from various devices such as PCs, tablets and smartphones. Also it has helped me optimize my time, reduce costs and properly manage my entire business. To be honest it has definitely increased my overall productivity.

Cons

Mobile app is not fully developed yet but it is part of Axelor's roadmap, which they share with customers so I will say it is not a major problem for now.

Pros

The CRM, task management and ERP features of Axelor software are amazing. One thing that is even better is that it is an open-source product, which my colleagues really love! Also the app provides excellent security and in this area the developers have done an amazing job.

Cons

Well the software has some minor bugs but it is understandable considering the fact that the company is still new and growing.

Axelor plays a major role in helping us in collaboration, task management, time management and reminders. Moreover, their support team is one of the best I have every come across like they are always ready to answer any questions I have.

Axelor is an adaptable and compliant open software suite that can be customized to cater to multiple vertical markets. We have successfully installed it in industries such as healthcare, banking, fintech, construction and distribution, even making it work in the most challenging operational requirements.

Cons

Axelor is constantly going through upgrades and improvements which is a positive aspect to some extent. But on the other hand, it also means that keeping up with all the updates can take a lot of time which at times we do not have.

Over the years, our clients have been searching for reliable and powerful open-source ERP solutions. 2 years ago, we found Axelor which met all the specific needs we have for the products we recommend. Plus it offers flexibility and allows rapid adaptations in a relatively independent manner. And when we needed further customization, we collaborated with a knowledgeable team at ALTER SI, including J2EE developers. So in my opinion, Axelor is one of the few real open-source ERPs, in a way that its community and enterprise versions are identical.

Cons

As a relatively young product, there are some functional limitations. For example event management and training options are not enough.

Firstly, Axelor Open Suite is a complete web-based solution that is user friendly and visually appealing which makes it simply the best and easy to use. Plus, I really like the fact that we can customize it without requiring a lot of difficult developments that are hard to maintain.

Cons

In the beginning, when we set up Axelor, there was a lack of functional documentation for several modules. However, this issue has been resolved and we can now find the documentation on their website.

Well I like the platform on which Axelor was developed. Secondly the wide range of features it offers makes it even better.

In the beginning, we have to spend time learning it in order to get accustomed to how things are done. Other than that, there is not anything major we come across that we dislike.
