“Excellent email marketing software
Pros
I really like how simple the interface is as it does not take long to figure out where everything is. Navigation feels natural and I can get things done without constantly searching for features. Plus the results I am getting are noticeably better than what I experienced with other solutions I've tried before.
Cons
The pricing feels a bit steep and there are some email restrictions that can be limiting.

“Good but could be a lot better
Pros
The integration with our database was seamless like there were no complications at all. Also I find the platform really simple to use and the campaign analytics are great for making adjustments. Plus the interface feels user-friendly too.
Cons
Well the support is not great and the chat feature has some bugs that make it pretty inefficient to use.

Pros
Benchmark Email interface looks really clean and professional. Also it is very user friendly and does not overwhelm us with unnecessary features. As it just gives you what you actually need without the clutter.
Cons
The structuring could use some work and I would love to see more integration options available.

Pros
The overall performance is simply the best and it delivers exactly what I need for my daily operations.
Cons
Pricing seems a little high to me for what you get and I have run into some small bugs here and there that can be annoying.

“Packed with some great features
Pros
I really love the A/B testing feature as it tested my emails and gave solid results in just a week. The analytics work well though I would like more depth like Google Analytics offers. Also it is easy to use which is exactly what I need. The integration was smooth and connecting it to my target database was hassle-free. We have been using it more as we continue testing it.
Cons
The upgrade costs are pretty high which is my main dislike. As scaling to thousands of users down the road looks like it could get really expensive fast. Also my business partner had some trouble getting Zoho CRM to integrate smoothly. Not sure if he ever got that sorted out completely.

“Saves me time and effort
Pros
Benchmark Email platform is pretty simple to use and handle. Overall it saves me lots of time by automating those repetitive tasks I used to do manually. The performance analytics feature is also great for tracking how my emails are actually performing.
Cons
I am not thrilled about the restricted free version and getting help from customer support can be pretty frustrating since there is not much available.
