“Great support team
Pros
Customer service is way too good as whenever I run into problems, they jump on it right away and get everything sorted without any downtime. What really impressed me was that they don't charge implementation fees while other companies hit you with huge upfront costs.
Cons
The modules are pretty standardized so there is not much room for customization. But they do listen to our feedback and try to work requests into future updates but it takes time.

Pros
I have been really impressed with how user friendly this platform is. And the sleek interface and department-specific dashboards make tracking tasks so much easier. Navigation feels simple too and my whole team picked it up quickly without any training headaches. What really stands out is the affordability as compared to other CRMs we looked at. This one offers incredible value for what you pay. For small businesses wanting a cost effective solution that actually works well this is definately a solid choice.
Cons
So far I have not run into any real problems or complaints as everything has been working pretty much as expected and the experience has been positive overall.
