The software is pretty easy to use and I like having access to all the data history. Also the platform keeps things simple which makes my daily work much smoother.
Cons
It gets stuck when managing customer data sometimes which can be pretty frustrating when we are trying to stay productive.

Pros
Bird Notes Pharma CRM interface is really user friendly and does not require much training to get started. Their support team is also responsive and actually helpful when issues come up. And there is an impressive range of features that cover most of what we need for daily operations.
Cons
Nothing major to complain about so far, as everything runs smoothly.
