I am really impressed with how comprehensive this solution is for marketing, customer support and lead nurturing. The workflow automations are definitely my favorite feature. What really sets them apart though is their full service approach as they handled my entire platform setup, built the automations and even created marketing funnels for me. Also running a real estate department keeps me very busy and I am not exactly tech-savvy, so having their team take care of everything was a huge relief. The marketing funnel and automations they delivered for my team exceeded my expectations too.
Cons
Cannot think of any real drawbacks right now as everything seems to be working perfectly for my needs.
