Pros
I really appreciate the customer engagement tools that give us live analytics. Being able to monitor conversations between our sales staff and clients in real time has been incredibly valuable for our team's performance tracking.
Cons
The integration with other software has been problematic and customer support is pretty minimal when you need help.

“Great CRM for the Price”
Pros
I've found this to be one of the most affordable CRM solutions out there and getting it up and running was surprisingly feasible.
Cons
The feature set feels pretty basic for what I need and it doesn't scale well if you're trying to use it beyond just one location. Customer support has been lacking when I've reached out for help. Getting it to integrate with our other systems was more difficult than expected.
